In 2004, I was 73 years old. On the advice of Nicolas Jacob, I bought my first computer, an eMac. Nicolas then showed me how to use it successfully. Later, he also did the research for our family genealogy and digitized hundreds of slides for me. Over the years, he has provided me with many services and has often helped me out and I continue to use his services when I have problems.

I have known Nicolas Jacob for more than 10 years and I have learned a lot from him about photo scanning, word processing, and many other things. It is on his recommendations that I make my computer purchases. Nicolas is a responsible person, patient, attentive to what is asked of him and faithful to his appointments.

He is a very competent person in computer science and I appreciate him a lot. He was able to occupy my days, as I have been retired for 22 years already.

In 2008, I returned to Montreal after a thirty-year career in Quebec City doing graphic design and illustration for advertising agencies.

I then took a progressive retirement and since then I work a few hours a day on personal projects, on my computer. Except for the software I use for my work and to communicate, I know very little about the mechanics of computers.

To ease my computer insecurity, I went to Micro-boutique on Park Avenue in Montreal. That's where I met Nicolas Jacob for the first time. He put me at ease and quickly became my advisor. Since then, I always consult him before making a decision and when I need help.
